All products sold on Pawtraitable are custom-made and created based on the photos and information you provide.

By placing an order, you agree:

  • That the final artwork is a creative interpretation of your pet based on the image(s) submitted

  • That you have the legal right to use and share any images you upload

We do not guarantee an exact photographic likeness, as our designs are unique, stylized art representations.

3. Ordering & Approvals

When placing an order, it is your responsibility to:

  • Double-check spelling, names, and details

  • Upload high-quality images that meet our guidelines

  • Respond to digital proof emails (if applicable) within 48 hours

Failure to respond in time may result in automatic approval and continuation of your order.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Because each product is custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled or changed once work has begun.

If you need to make an urgent update, please contact us at info@pawtraitable.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate, but changes are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping

Shipping times may vary depending on your location and production queue. Estimated delivery times are provided as guidance and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by couriers or customs

  • Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout

6. Returns & Refunds

All artwork created by Pawtraitable remains the intellectual property of Pawtraitable. We reserve the right to use your artwork in our marketing, social media, and promotional materials.

If you would prefer not to have your art shared, please contact us after placing your order.
