🐾 Returns & Refunds Policy

At Pawtraitable, every artwork is custom-made with love and care to perfectly capture your pet’s personality. Because of the personalized nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind. However, we are committed to making sure you’re 100% happy with your order.

🔄 Can I return my artwork?

Since each piece is custom-designed just for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • There is a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect pet, name, or style)

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Slight variations in color or design (these are normal due to screen differences and hand-designed nature)

  • Incorrect order details provided by the customer


🖼 Artwork Approval

Before your portrait is printed and shipped, we’ll send you a digital proof for approval (if applicable to your product type). Please review it carefully — once approved, we begin production, and changes can no longer be made.


📦 Damaged Items or Errors

If your artwork arrives damaged or there’s been an error, we’ve got you covered.

Please email info@pawtraitable.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue (damage or error)

We’ll review your case and send a free replacement if eligible.


⏱ Time Limits

All issues must be reported within:

  • 7 days of delivery for damage or errors

  • 24 hours of ordering for any changes or corrections to your submitted order details


🧾 Refunds

Refunds are only issued in the following situations:

  • We are unable to fulfill your order

  • Your item is significantly delayed (beyond 30 days) and has not shipped

  • Your item is damaged and cannot be replaced

In most cases, we offer a replacement over a refund.
